Notification of Results and Confirmation of Enrollment

1. The educational institution sends the admission letter to the successful candidates, clearly stating the necessary procedures for enrollment and the method of enrollment for the candidates.

2. Candidates confirm enrollment online on the system before enrolling at the educational institution.

3. For candidates who do not confirm enrollment within the specified period:a) If there are no valid reasons, it is considered that the candidate waives their right to enroll and the institution has the right to refuse the admission;b) If due to illness or accident, with a medical certification from a district hospital or higher, or due to natural disasters with certification from the District People's Committee or higher, the institution may consider accepting the candidate for admission or deferring the admission results for the candidate to enroll later;c) If due to errors or mistakes by the personnel performing the admission work or by the individual candidate, the institution actively cooperates with the relevant individuals and organizations to review the evidence and decide whether to admit the candidate or defer the admission results for later enrollment.

4. Candidates who have confirmed enrollment at one institution are not allowed to participate in selection at another institution or in supplementary selection rounds, except when permitted by the institution.

- The application targets specified in clause 1, Article 5 of the University and College Admission Regulations for Early Childhood Education, issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, must meet the following conditions:

+ Meet the admission threshold as specified in Article 9 of the University and College Admission Regulations for Early Childhood Education, issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT;

+ Have sufficient health to study according to current regulations;

+ Have complete personal information and application documents as required.

- For a training program or a training field that applies multiple admission methods simultaneously, the educational institution may specify the targets and conditions for each admission method but must adhere to the principles specified in point b, clause 1, Article 4 of the University and College Admission Regulations for Early Childhood Education, issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT.

- For disabled candidates with reduced learning ability, the educational institution implements necessary measures and provides the best conditions for candidates wishing to apply and study in fields suitable to their health conditions.
