First, the timing for announcing the 2024 university admissions results is based on Decision 1139/QD-BGDDT 2024 as follows:

- From August 13 to 5:00 PM August 17, 2024, educational institutions will conduct university admission reviews and process application preferences on the system to determine the admitted preference (the highest preference among those where the candidate is eligible for admission, if any).

- No later than 5:00 PM August 19, 2024, educational institutions will announce the first round of successful candidates.
