College-level commercial marketing is a sector that performs tasks and duties to identify customer needs and desires, create value, communicate value, and provide value to satisfy the needs of parties involved in the exchange process between the enterprise and its customers most effectively, meeting the requirements of level 5 in the Vietnam National Qualifications Framework.
The main duties of the profession include: Understanding the marketing environment and market; determining the strategic marketing direction of the organization; creating offering proposals for the organization's customers; managing and delivering marketing communication programs; developing, implementing, and managing marketing plans; using, researching, and developing customer databases; building, managing, and developing the brand.
Working conditions and environment: Marketing activities are carried out in organizations with fluctuating work conditions, competition, relationships with various customers, and professionalism.
Minimum Knowledge Volume: 2,500 hours (equivalent to 90 credits).
