When upper secondary school students make mistakes during their learning process, they will be disciplined in the following forms:

[4] Using mobile phones and other devices during class that do not serve learning purposes and without the teacher's permission.

[5] Fighting, causing disorder, and insecurity within the school and in public places.

[6] Using, exchanging cultural products with violent content, pornography; using toys or playing games that are harmful to healthy personal development.

[7] Students are not allowed to engage in other prohibited acts as prescribed by law.

Thus, using mobile phones during class that do not serve learning purposes and without the teacher's consent is a prohibited act for students.
