Period Not Included in the Calculation of the Teaching Seniority Allowance

According to Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 77/2021/ND-CP, the periods not included in the calculation of the seniority allowance include:

- Probationary period.

- Period of unpaid leave from work continuously for 01 month or more.

- Period of prolonged sick leave or maternity leave beyond the limit according to social insurance regulations.

- Period working as an expert, studying, interning, working, or surveying domestically and abroad beyond the deadline decided by the competent authority.

- Period of temporary suspension of work or detention for investigation, prosecution, or trial.

- Period not working apart from the periods specified in points a, b, c, d, đ of Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 77/2021/ND-CP.
