[4] Emulation and Reward Council; Disciplinary Council; Advisory Councils;

[5] Organization of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Trade Union Organization; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Organization; Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization;

[6] Specialized Groups; Administrative Group; Classes; Specific Educational Activity Service Teams for specialized schools and other essential activities as per the duties of private schools.

According to Clause 1, Article 7 of the Regulations on the Organization and Activities of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, High Schools, and Multi-level Schools of Private Types, issued together with Circular 40/2021/TT-BGDDT, the School Council is regulated as follows:

School Council

1. The School Council of a private high school is the governing body of the school, carrying out the representative rights of investors and related stakeholders, responsible for organizing the implementation of investor decisions.

2. Composition of the School Council

a) The composition of the School Council of a private high school includes representatives of investors, members from inside and outside the school, elected and decided by the investor meeting according to the contribution rate.

b) The composition of the School Council of a non-profit private high school includes representatives of investors elected and decided by the investors according to the contribution rate; members from inside and outside the school. Inside school members include ex-officio members such as the Party Secretary, Principal, Trade Union Chairman, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Secretary; elected members include representatives of teachers and staff elected by the general or delegate meeting of the school. Outside school members include representatives of leaders, managers, educators, entrepreneurs, and alumni elected by the general or delegate meeting of the school.

c) The School Council has a chairman, a secretary, and members. The term of the School Council is 5 years. The number of members of the School Council is odd and at least 5, at most 15.
