a) Level 1, coefficient 0.2, is applicable to those working in the units:
Teams handling disease prevention, sanitation, family planning, malaria, and goiter in midland areas;
Teachers and education management officials (including contracted personnel within the staffing quotas and those on probation) working in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, specializing in eradicating illiteracy and popularizing education who, during the month, spend 15 days or more traveling to villages, hamlets, and remote areas.
b) Level 2, coefficient 0.4, is applicable to those working in the units:
Drilling and exploration teams under geological federations;
Survey and search teams under regional geological federations;
Survey and measurement teams for hydro-meteorological survey;
Survey, agricultural, forestry, irrigation, and fishery measurement teams;
Teams handling disease prevention, sanitation, family planning, malaria, and goiter in mountainous, highland, remote, and isolated areas.
Teams regularly reinforcing grassroots areas to provide medical examinations, treatment, and initial health care for people in communes, villages, and hamlets in mountainous, highland, remote, and isolated areas.
c) Level 3, coefficient 0.6, is applicable to those working in the units:
Mineral exploration teams under specialized geological federations;
Survey and measurement teams for building the national base measurement system, specialized base measurement system, and topographic measurement;
Survey and forest investigation teams;
Medicinal herb investigation and collection teams in high mountainous, border, island, and remote areas.

How to calculate the mobility allowance for teachers in Vietnam in 2024?
Based on Section 3 of Circular 06/2005/TT-BNV, the method of calculating the mobility allowance for teachers in 2024 is as follows:

- The mobility allowance is not used to calculate and enjoy social insurance benefits.
- The beneficiaries of the mobility allowance policy do not receive travel allowances.-
The source of funding for paying the mobility allowance policy:
+ For subjects belonging to agencies and units entirely funded by the state budget, the mobility allowance is paid by the state budget according to the current budget decentralization in the annual budget estimate assigned to the agency or unit;
+ For subjects belonging to agencies implementing staffing and administrative management expense allocation and subjects in public service providers implementing financial autonomy, the mobility allowance is paid by the agency or unit from the allocated expense funds and financial sources provided for autonomy.
The current general minimum wage is the statutory pay rate. The statutory pay rate as stipulated in Article 3 of Decree 73/2024/ND-CP is currently applied at VND 2,340,000/month.
