Activities of Parents and the Parent committee
1. Meetings of all parents:
a) At the beginning of the school year, the homeroom teacher organizes a meeting of all parents to elect the Class Parent committee with the number of members stipulated at Point a, Clause 1, Article 3 of this Charter. During the school year, organize meetings of all class parents three times: At the beginning of the school year, at the end of the first semester, at the end of the school year, and hold irregular meetings when at least 50% of class parents request it;
b) The decision to organize a school-wide meeting of parents is made by the School Parent committee.

- Management and use of the Parent committee's funds:
+ The head of the Class Parent committee presides in cooperation with the homeroom teacher to plan the expected expenditure of the funds raised, sponsored, and only use after the consensus of all members of the Class Parent committee;
+ The head of the School Parent committee agrees with the principal on the plan to use the funds raised, sponsored, and only use after the consensus of the entire School Parent committee.
- The collection and expenditure of the Parent committee's funds must ensure transparency and democracy; after spending, they must report publicly on the settlement of funds at class meetings of parents and meetings of the School Parent committee.
