[2] Cheat in studying, examinations, tests, or entrance exams.
[3] Buy, sell, use alcohol, beer, cigarettes, addictive substances, other stimulants, fireworks, and explosive substances.
[4] Use mobile phones or other devices during class time that do not support learning and have not been permitted by teachers.
[5] Engage in fights, disrupt order and security in school and public places.
[6] Use, exchange cultural products that incite violence or are obscene; use toys or play games harmful to personal development.

+ Commendation in front of the class or the entire school.

+ Providing certificates, accolades, if achieving outstanding achievements or significant progress in some areas of study, competition movements; winning competitions and contests as regulated and permitted by the Ministry of Education and Training.
+ Other forms of reward.
- Students with faults during learning and training may be educated or disciplined as follows:
+ Immediate reminders, support, and assistance in overcoming faults.
+ Reprimands with notification to parents for coordinated assistance in overcoming faults.
+ Temporary suspension from school with terms and implementation of other educational measures as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Confirmation of Primary, Upper Secondary, and Issuance of Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary Graduation Certificates
1. Students completing the primary education program that meets the conditions prescribed by the Minister of Education and Training are certified by the school principal through academic records confirming program completion.
2. Students completing the lower secondary program that meets the conditions prescribed by the Minister of Education and Training will be issued a lower secondary graduation certificate by the head of the educational professional body under the district-level People's Committee.
3. Students completing the upper secondary program that meets the conditions prescribed by the Minister of Education and Training can take the graduation exam. Upon meeting the requirements, they will be issued an upper secondary graduation certificate by the head of the educational professional body under the provincial-level People's Committee.
Students completing the upper secondary program eligible for the exam according to the regulations of the Minister of Education and Training but failing to take the exam or not meeting the requirements will be issued a certificate of general educational program completion by the school principal.
The certificate of general educational program completion can be used for taking the upper secondary graduation exam when desired by the learner or for pursuing vocational education and used in specific cases according to the law.
4. Students with a lower secondary graduation certificate, who study the intermediate level in vocational education institutions, upon completing and passing the required upper secondary cultural knowledge as regulated by the Minister of Education and Training, will be issued a certificate of sufficient upper secondary cultural knowledge by the head of the institution providing the instruction.
The certificate of sufficient upper secondary cultural knowledge is used for pursuing higher levels of vocational education and in cases as specified by law.
Students completing the required lower secondary program conditions as stipulated by the Minister of Education and Training will be issued a lower secondary graduation certificate by the head of the educational professional body under the district-level People's Committee.
Therefore, the issuance of the lower secondary graduation certificate is a form of recognition when grade 9 students confirm they have completed their studies.
