1. 2. The salary transition for cases where recruited or appointed to the professional title of academic coordinator public employee who are currently working as officials and public employees in different specialized sectors is as follows:
a) For those currently classified under the salary for officials and public employees type A0 in table 2 (professional and operational salary table for officials in state agencies) or table 3 (professional and operational salary table for officials, public employees in state public service providers) issued with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP, the salary classification will be of public employees type A0;
b) For those currently classified under salary for officials and public employees type A1 or higher or type B, the reclassification will follow the guidelines in clause 1, Section II of Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV dated May 25, 2007, by the Minister of Home Affairs, guiding salary classification upon promotion, transfer of officials, and public employees.
