According to the regulations in clause 2, Article 36 of Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT on health examination content:

Health Examination Content

1. For health examination for individuals 18 years old and above but not undergoing a periodic health examination: Examination according to the content stated in the health examination form stipulated in Form No. 01, Appendix XXIV issued with this Circular.

2. For health examination for individuals under 18 years old but not undergoing a periodic health examination: Examination according to the content stated in the health examination form stipulated in Form No. 02, Appendix XXIV issued with this Circular.

3. For periodic health examinations: Examination according to the content stated in the periodic health examination booklet stipulated in Form No. 03, Appendix XXIV issued with this Circular.

4. For female laborers, periodic health examination includes obstetric gynecology examination as listed in Appendix XXV issued with this Circular.

5. All examination content must be fully covered for each specialization. In difficult cases, consult and perform additional tests to diagnose accurately and determine the disease severity as a basis for health classification.

6. For examinations upon request, examination and conclusion must be made for each specialization as requested and not based on overall health classification.

The regulation indicates that the health examination for individuals under 18 years old but not undergoing a periodic health examination follows the content stated in the health examination form stipulated in Form No. 02, Appendix XXIV.

Thus, by referring to the regulation, the health examination for grade 10 students will be conducted based on Form No. 02, Appendix XXIV, issued along with Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT as detailed below:

What are regulations on classification of the health of grade 10 students in Vietnam?

Based on the regulations in Article 37 of Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT, the health classification for grade 10 students after examination will be as follows:

- The health classification criteria for individuals undergoing health examination follow the regulations of the Minister of Health.

- Based on the specialized examination results, the specialized examiner records any diseases or disorders and health classification per the specialization they are assigned.

- Based on the results from each specialization, the healthcare practitioner assigned by the health examination facility to conclude health classification and sign the health examination form, periodic health examination booklet (hereinafter referred to as the concluder), performs the health classification conclusion as follows:

+ Health classification for individuals undergoing health examination follows the regulations of the Minister of Health for health standards for recruitment, periodic health examinations for laborers;

+ If the individual undergoing health examination has diseases or disorders, the concluder provides treatment, rehabilitation advice, or refers them for medical examination and treatment.

- After health classification, the concluder must sign, clearly print their name, and stamp the health examination facility's official seal on the health examination form or periodic health examination booklet. The seal used is the official seal of the health examination facility as per the legal provisions on seal management and usage.

- For cases examined according to specialized health standards issued or recognized by Vietnamese competent state authorities, health classification is based on the specialized health standards.

- For cases examined upon request but do not cover all specializations as per the health examination form stipulated in this Circular, the health examination facility only examines and concludes for each specialization requested without an overall health classification.
