Note:

Students from poor households; ethnic minorities living in economically and socially disadvantaged areas; those living in extremely disadvantaged economic and social areas; living on island communes, island districts, still have to pay the above amount on the enrollment day.

1. The educational institution sends admission notices to successful candidates, specifying the necessary procedures for candidates when enrolling and the enrollment methods.

2. Candidates confirm their enrollment online on the system before enrolling at the educational institution.

3. For candidates who do not confirm enrollment within the stipulated time:

a) If without a valid reason, the candidate is deemed to have declined enrollment, and the educational institution has the right not to accept the candidate;

b) If due to illness, accident, with a certificate from a district hospital or higher, or due to a natural disaster certified by the district or higher People's Committee, the educational institution will consider accepting the candidate for enrollment or deferring the enrollment results for later entry;

c) If due to a mistake by the admissions staff or individual candidates, the educational institution proactively cooperates with the relevant individuals and organizations to review the evidence and decide whether to accept the candidate for enrollment or defer the enrollment results for later entry.

4. Candidates who have confirmed enrollment at one educational institution are not allowed to participate in admissions elsewhere or in supplementary admissions rounds unless permitted by the educational institution.

The following cases allow successful university candidates to defer their enrollment results for the next academic year:
