3. Enrollment, Training Organization, and Granting of Graduation Certificates

a) Pedagogical colleges shall determine the enrollment quotas and organize enrollment according to the regulations of the Law on Vocational Education; according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training in the enrollment of college-level teacher training programs; according to the regulations of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs in enrolling various levels of vocational education programs with majors outside the teacher training group;

Therefore, according to the above regulations, pedagogical colleges determine enrollment quotas;

- According to the regulations of the Law on Vocational Education 2014 and the Ministry of Education and Training in the enrollment of college-level teacher training programs;

- According to the regulations of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs in enrolling various levels of vocational education programs with majors outside the teacher training group;

Additionally, every year, pedagogical colleges shall formulate an enrollment plan based on the aforementioned regulations.

2. Training Program and Curriculum

a) The training program is implemented according to the regulations of the Law on Vocational Education. The principal of a pedagogical college organizes the development, appraisal, and issuance of the training program to be used as the college's training program, ensuring compliance with regulations on minimum knowledge volume, competency requirements to be achieved by learners upon graduation; complying with current regulations on quality standards of teacher training programs at the college level of the Ministry of Education and Training, also complying with the Ministry of Education and Training's procedures on the development, appraisal, and issuance of training programs for college-level teacher training programs; of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for vocational education levels with majors outside the teacher training group;

b) The curriculum is implemented according to the regulations of the Law on Vocational Education. The principal of a pedagogical college organizes the compilation, selection, appraisal, approval, and use of curricula and teaching materials in the college, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for college-level teacher training programs; according to the regulations of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for vocational education levels with majors outside the teacher training group.

The training program for pedagogical colleges is implemented according to the regulations of the Law on Vocational Education 2014.

Pedagogical colleges organize training activities according to the regulations of the Law on Vocational Education, current legal regulations, and the following regulations:

1. The registration for operation, suspension of training activities, and revocation of operational registration certificates of pedagogical colleges are implemented according to the regulations of the Law on Vocational Education; regulations on investment and operation conditions in the field of education from the Government of Vietnam; regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for majors in the teacher training group or regulations of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for majors outside the teacher training group.

Thus, it is clear that pedagogical colleges when registering for operation must comply with the following regulations:

- Comply with the Law on Vocational Education 2014;
