- The State allocates or leases land, and provides physical facilities; provides credit incentives for investment in physical facilities or improving training quality; tax incentives as prescribed by tax laws; tax exemption for the undivided income of institutions implementing private investment in vocational education for developmental reinvestment; tax exemption or reduction for profits obtained from products and services generated through training activities; tax incentives for businesses, services that align with training activities, publishing textbooks, teaching materials, producing and supplying training equipment, and importing books, newspapers, materials, training equipment;
- Participation in bidding, and receiving State orders for training under the provisions of the laws on bidding, and ordering the provision of public service using the State budget;
- Access to preferential loans from domestic and international programs and projects;
- Participation in programs for the training of vocational education teachers, and management staff domestically and internationally funded by the State budget;
- Investment support to ensure conditions for admitting boarding school students from ethnic minorities into vocational training upon graduation;
- Support in developing training for industries and occupations to meet the learning needs of workers who are working abroad;
- Policies to encourage private investment as per the law.
* People's Committees at all levels will facilitate vocational education institutions in the area to carry out training activities, disseminating scientific and technical advancements, and technology transfer.
