- Achievement review period is from October 15 of the previous academic year to October 15 of the review academic year.
- Each achievement and activity must be specifically proven. Foreign language proficiency certificates must still be valid according to regulations.
- The Student Union Branch recommends and nominates individuals and groups meeting standards for the "sinh viên 5 tốt" title at the university level. The application includes:
