Based on Clause 1, Article 28 of the Primary School Charter issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, the behaviors and dress of primary school teachers as follows:
Behaviors and dress of teachers and staff
- The behaviors and dress of teachers and staff shall comply with the regulations of the education sector and the law, with particular attention to:
a) Not distorting educational content, teaching incorrect information.
b) Not cheating in assessments, intentionally misjudging the students' educational results.
c) Not forcing students to take extra classes for material gain.
d) Not abandoning class, arbitrarily cutting educational content.
dd) Not insulting the dignity and honor, interfering with the physical integrity of others; not smoking; drinking alcohol, beer; disturbing public order and security.
- Staff shall not obstruct or cause difficulties in supporting and serving teaching, educating students, and other school tasks.
From the above regulation, the behavior and dress of teachers and staff must comply with the regulations of the education sector as well as the law, with special attention to the following issues:
- Not distorting educational content, teaching incorrect information.
- Not cheating in assessments, intentionally misjudging the students' educational results.
- Not forcing students to take extra classes for material gain.

- Implement the educational program for primary education and the school's educational plan. Autonomously carry out and be responsible for the educational plan; take responsibility for professional tasks (content, teaching methods, student assessment) and the quality, and effectiveness of education for each student in their class, ensuring compliance with the educational program's requirements, suitable to students and the specific conditions of the school.
- Participate in building the educational plan of the professional group and the school; regularly update sector directives; prepare, conduct teaching and assess students as prescribed; perform other professional activities.
- Build friendly, democratic relationships between teachers and students, parents, and the community; help students be proactive, creative, confident, and self-disciplined in learning and training.
- Maintain the virtue, honor, and prestige of educators; conduct cultural behavior, unity, and support among colleagues; set an example for students; show love, fairness, and respect to students; protect students' legal rights and interests.
- Conduct self-assessment according to professional standards; self-study, self-improve professional capacities; participate in required regular professional development; share professional knowledge with colleagues inside and outside the school through professional activities and training.
- Apply information technology in teaching, learning, and professional activities; creatively and flexibly create teaching materials.
- Participate in selecting textbooks as prescribed; propose the school to provide reference books and teaching equipment as suitable for use in teaching.
- Participate in educational quality accreditation.
- Participate in implementing compulsory education, education universalization, and literacy eradication in the locality.
- Coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, students' families, the community, and related social organizations to perform educational duties.
- Manage and organize the implementation of the educational plan at school points when assigned by the principal.
- Perform other tasks as prescribed by law and as assigned by the principal.
