Funds for the activities of the parent committee
1. Funds for the activities of the parent committee:
a) The parent committee of a class operates with funds voluntarily supported by parents and other lawful sources funded for the parent committee of a class.
b) The school-level parent committee operates with funds extracted from parent committee of a class following the recommendations of the general meeting of the heads of parent committee of a class at the beginning of the school year and other lawful sources funded for the school-level parent committee.
- Management and use of the parent committee’s funds:
a) The head of the parent committee of a class coordinates with the homeroom teacher to draw up a plan for the expenditure of donated and funded money and uses it only after the unanimous agreement of all members of the parent committee of a class;
b) The head of the school-level parent committee, with the agreement of the Principal, decides the plan for the expenditure of donated and funded money and uses it only after the unanimous agreement of all members of the school-level parent committee.
3. The collection and expenditure of the parent committee’s funds must adhere to the principles of transparency and democracy; after the expenditure, a financial report must be publicly announced in meetings of all parents in the class and meetings of the entire school-level parent committee. There shall be no regulation of average supporting contributions from parents.
