- Organizing the Council's activities as regulated; Assigning duties to the Deputy Chairman, Secretary, and members of the Council (assignments are documented and filed in the Council's records); Presiding over Council meetings and approving meeting minutes after each session; proposing additions or changes to Council members (if necessary);
- Handling situations arising during the textbook selection process within their authority;
- Responsible for explaining the textbook selection process of the educational institution;
- Performing the duties and authorities of a Council member.
Duties and Authorities of the Council Deputy Chairman:
- Performing tasks assigned or delegated by the Council Chairman; responsible to the Chairman for assigned tasks;
- Performing the duties and authorities of a Council member.

- Recording the Council's working minutes;
