What are powers of the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support in Vietnam?
Based on Article 6 of the Organizational and Operational Regulations of the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support issued along with Circular 20/2022/TT-BGDDT, the powers of the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support are prescribed as follows:
- Execute autonomy rights as stipulated by law and the following specific regulations:
+ Decide on the goals, mission, strategy, and development plans of the Center;
+ Decide on the establishment of the organizational structure as per the establishment proposal of the Center approved by the competent authority;
+ Plan, train, and develop the management staff, teachers, and employees of the Center;
+ Manage financial revenues and expenditures, and invest in the development of conditions to ensure the quality of education as per legal regulations;
+ Recruit and manage students, develop the educational programs of the Center; organize the compilation, selection of learning materials, tools, toys, and educational resources as per legal regulations;
+ Cooperate with domestic and international organizations and individuals to mobilize resources for expertise or finance to support the tasks of the Center as per legal regulations.
- Utilize and manage the management staff, teachers, and employees; organize training for teachers to update their knowledge and enhance their professional capabilities.
- Enjoy policies prescribed by law for encouraging private investment in assisting people with disabilities in the educational sector.
- Other powers as regulated by law.

What are the tasks of the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support in Vietnam?
Based on Article 5 of the Organizational and Operational Regulations of the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support issued along with Circular 20/2022/TT-BGDDT, the tasks of the Center are stipulated as follows:
Tasks of the Center
Evaluate and identify the capabilities and classify educational needs of children showing signs of impairment or functional decline, disabled students for early educational intervention or consultation on appropriate educational methods for each subject.
Support inclusive education for disabled students.
Organize teaching and educational programs at the pre-school and general education levels for disabled students to enable their participation in inclusive education or community integration.
Provide training and counseling for the disabled and organizations, units, individuals in need regarding psychology, health, education, and career orientation.
Implement democratic regulations within the Center.
Implement information policies, report, and be accountable to competent authorities, students, trainees, and society.
Execute other tasks as prescribed by law.
Thus, the tasks of the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support are:

What are the conditions for naming the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support in Vietnam?
Based on Clause 1, Article 4 of the Organizational and Operational Regulations of the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support issued along with Circular 20/2022/TT-BGDDT, the naming of the Center is regulated as follows:
Regulations on Naming the Center
- Naming the Center is regulated as follows:
a) Center Name: Center for Inclusive Education Development Support + the proper name of the Center or a location name;
b) The proper name of the Center must ensure clarity, transparency, and should not cause misunderstandings; does not mislead regarding the organization and activities of the Center; preserves the linguistic purity; and does not use words or symbols inappropriate to national history, culture, ethics, or customs.
The name of the Center is stated in the establishment decision, seal, nameplate, and transaction documents of the Center.
The Center’s nameplate must have the following contents:
a) Upper left corner>First line: Provincial/Municipal People's Committee (hereinafter referred to as Provincial People's Committee) and the province's name.>Second line: Department of Education and Training.
b) The center must write the name of the Center as per Clause 1 of this Article;
c) The bottom must include the address, telephone number, email, and website (if any) of the Center.
Thus, when naming the Center for Inclusive Education Development Support, the conditions to be met are as follows:
- Center Name: Center for Inclusive Education Development Support + the proper name of the Center or a location name;
