What are requirements for educational level of grade 10 Literature teachers in Vietnam?

Based on Article 72 of the Education Law 2019:

Standard training level of teachers

1. The standard training level of teachers is regulated as follows:

a) Possessing a college degree in pedagogy or higher for preschool teachers;

b) Possessing a bachelor's degree in teacher training or higher for primary school, lower secondary school, and upper secondary school teachers.

If there are not enough teachers with a bachelor's degree in teacher training, they must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a pedagogical training certificate;

c) Possessing a master's degree for university lecturers; a doctoral degree for lecturers teaching and supervising master's theses and doctoral dissertations;

d) The standard training level of teachers in vocational education institutions is regulated by the Law on Vocational Education.

2. The Government of Vietnam shall prescribe the roadmap for improving the standard training levels of preschool, primary school, and lower secondary school teachers as specified in points a and b, clause 1 of this Article. Ministers, within the scope of their duties and powers, shall regulate the use of teachers in cases where they do not meet the requirements specified in clause 1 of this Article.

Thus, grade 10 Literature teachers must have a bachelor's degree in teacher training or higher.
