Khi cha mẹ mất, Thạch Sanh sống một mình dưới gốc cây đa và được một ông tiên dạy võ nghệ và phép thần thông. Một ngày nọ, Thạch Sanh gặp Lý Thông, một người gian xảo. Lý Thông lừa Thạch Sanh về nhà và bảo rằng họ sẽ kết nghĩa anh em. Khi đến lượt Lý Thông phải đi canh giữ miếu thờ, nơi có con Xà Tinh hung dữ, Lý Thông đã lừa Thạch Sanh đi thay mình. Thạch Sanh không biết gì, vui vẻ nhận lời. Khi đến miếu thờ, Thạch Sanh gặp Xà Tinh. Với sức mạnh và phép thuật của mình, Thạch Sanh đã đánh bại Xà Tinh và mang đầu nó về. Lý Thông thấy vậy, sợ bị lộ chuyện gian xảo, liền bảo Thạch Sanh trốn đi vì vua sẽ bắt tội. Thạch Sanh tin lời và trở về gốc cây đa. Sau đó, công chúa bị đại bàng khổng lồ bắt đi. Vua sai nhiều người đi cứu nhưng không ai thành công. Thạch Sanh nghe tin, liền lên đường tìm đại bàng. Chàng theo dấu vết và tìm thấy hang ổ của đại bàng. Với sức mạnh và lòng dũng cảm, Thạch Sanh đã đánh bại đại bàng và cứu công chúa. Công chúa trở về cung, nhưng không nói được vì bị đại bàng làm cho câm. Vua rất buồn và hứa gả công chúa cho ai chữa được bệnh cho nàng. Thạch Sanh đến cung điện, dùng nước thần chữa cho công chúa. Công chúa nói lại được và kể hết mọi chuyện. Vua rất vui mừng và gả công chúa cho Thạch Sanh. Sau này, Lý Thông và mẹ hắn bị lộ tội gian xảo, bị vua trừng phạt. Thạch Sanh và công chúa sống hạnh phúc bên nhau. What are regulations on behaviors of grade 4 Vietnamese Language Language teachers?
Pursuant to Article 31 of the Regulation on Primary Schools issued with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, there are regulations regarding the conduct of Grade 4 Vietnamese Language teachers as follows:
- Do not distort educational content, teach incorrect knowledge.
- Do not commit fraud in evaluation, deliberately misjudge students' educational outcomes.
- Do not compel students to take extra classes for material gain.
- Do not skip classes or cut down on educational content arbitrarily.
- Do not insult the dignity, honor, or infringe on the body of others; do not smoke; drink alcohol; or cause disturbances to security and order.
What are the duties of grade 4 Vietnamese Language teachers?
According to Clause 1, Article 27 of the Regulation on Primary Schools issued with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, grade 4 Vietnamese Language teachers have following duties:
- Implementing the elementary education program and the school's educational plan. Proactively executing and being responsible for the educational plan;
Autonomy, accountability for professional duties (content, educational methods, student evaluation) and the quality and effectiveness of education for each student in their charge, ensuring compliance with the educational program and suitability for the students' characteristics and the school's conditions.
- Participating in planning educational activities with the subject team and school; regularly updating directives from the department; preparing, organizing lessons, and evaluating students as prescribed; engaging in other professional activities.
- Building friendly, democratic relationships between teachers and students, with students' parents and the community; helping students become proactive, creative, confident, and self-reliant in learning and training.
- Maintaining teachers' ethics, honor, and reputation; behaving with cultural civility, solidarity, and helping colleagues; setting an example for students; treating students with love, fairness, and respect; protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
- Conducting self-assessment according to professional standards; undertaking self-improvement to enhance professional competency; participating in regular teaching professional development as prescribed; sharing professional knowledge with colleagues inside and outside the school through professional exchange sessions and training workshops.
- Applying information technology in teaching, learning, and professional activities; creating and flexibly making teaching aids.
- Taking part in selecting textbooks as prescribed; recommending the school provide supplementary publications and teaching equipment as necessary for educational use.
- Participating in educational quality accreditation.
- Participating in mandatory education, universal education, and literacy programs locally.
- Cooperating with the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, students' families, and relevant social organizations to perform educational duties.
- Managing and organizing the implementation of educational plans at designated school sites as assigned by the principal.
- Performing other duties as prescribed by law and as assigned by the principal.
