1. Level of support:

a) Pedagogy students are supported by the state with tuition fees equivalent to the tuition fee level of the teacher training institution they are studying at;

2. Disbursement of support funds from the state budget:

a) The funds for supporting tuition fees and living expenses for pedagogy students are allocated in the annual state budget estimate for education and training at localities, ministries, and central authorities according to current regulations;

b) The agency assigning tasks, ordering, or bidding directly disburses the support funds for tuition fees and living expenses to teacher training institutions following the State's mechanism of assigning tasks, ordering, or bidding for pedagogy students under the assignment, ordering, or bidding mechanism.

For the support funds for tuition fees and living expenses for pedagogy students within the Ministry of Education and Training's announced quota but not under the assignment, ordering, or bidding mechanism, these are allocated in the annual budget estimate of teacher training institutions authorized by the competent authority according to the provisions of the State Budget Law;

Procedures for Registering for Tuition Fee and Living Expense Support

1. Annually, based on the quotas announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, teacher training institutions notify candidates admitted to teacher training programs to register according to the assignment, ordering, or bidding mechanism, or training based on social demand within the announced quotas of the Ministry of Education and Training.

2. Within 30 days from the date of receiving the admission notification, pedagogy students must submit the Request Form and Commitment to Reimburse Tuition Fees and Living Expenses to the teacher training institution (Form No. 01 in the Appendix issued together with this Decree) directly, by mail, or online (if available).
