Legal documents, schemes, and programs of the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, and the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) on political education and student affairs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and suitability to local and unit realities.
[2] Innovate and improve the quality of political, ideological, ethical education, lifestyle, and life skills connected with the construction and promotion of the cultural value system of the Vietnamese people;
Enhance school counseling, career counseling; strengthen coordination among family, school, and society in educating students.
[3] Continue to consolidate organizational machinery, personnel, and finalize regulations on functions and tasks to improve the advisory and directive capacity of specialized departments executing tasks of political education and student affairs at the Departments of Education and Training and higher education institutions.
[4] Strengthen coordination in the execution of political education and student affairs; promote the role and responsibility of all levels, sectors, families, schools, and society to build a safe, healthy, friendly, and democratic educational environment;
Continuously implement emulation movements, campaigns, especially promoting the study and following of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, to meet the revolutionary mission requirements in the new phase.
