1. The contents of state management of legal education dissemination include:

a) Developing and promulgating legal normative documents, programs, and plans on legal education dissemination;

b) Directing, guiding, and organizing the implementation of legal education dissemination tasks;

c) Training legal knowledge, specialized skills for legal education dissemination;

d) Building and managing a national legal database;

dd) Statistically summarizing legal education dissemination activities;

e) Inspecting, inspecting, resolving complaints, denunciations and handling violations in legal education dissemination;

g) International cooperation on legal education dissemination.

2. The state management agencies of legal education dissemination include:

a) the Government of Vietnam has unified state management over legal education dissemination;

- The State has policies to train, foster, and support individuals involved in legal education dissemination, village elders, village heads, and reputable individuals in ethnic minority communities to participate in local legal education dissemination;

Create conditions for organizations and individuals to conduct voluntary legal education dissemination activities for people in ethnic minority areas, mountainous areas, remote areas, border areas, coastal areas, islands, areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, and fishermen.
