First, according to Article 1 of the 2016 Law on Children, a child is a person under 16 years old. Therefore, a 10-year-old student is considered a child.

Based on Clause 3, Article 19 of the 2022 Law on Cinematography:

3. Cinematography establishments that distribute films in cinemas must ensure the obligations specified in Clause 2, Article 18 of this Law and the following provisions:
