c) Parents, agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the students' education process provide feedback on their fulfillment of training and academic tasks.

d) Assessment by comments on students' training and academic results is used in regular and periodic assessments through various forms of testing, assessing the fulfillment of students' training and academic tasks in a manner suitable to the subject's characteristics.

b) Assessment by comments combined with scores for subjects in the General Education Program, except for those specified in point a of this clause; academic results are assessed by scores on a 10-point scale. If another scale is used, it must be converted to a 10-point scale. Scores can be integers or decimals rounded to one decimal place.

For students with disabilities learning through inclusive education, the training and academic results for subjects that they can meet according to the General Education Program's requirements are assessed as for regular students but with reduced result expectations. For subjects that students with disabilities cannot meet according to the General Education Program's requirements, their training and academic results are assessed according to their Individual Education Plan; they are exempt from testing and assessment for certain subjects or parts of subjects if exempted.

For students with disabilities learning through specialized education, the training and academic results for subjects they can meet according to the Special Education Program's requirements are assessed according to the regulations for specialized education. For subjects that they cannot meet, their training and academic results are assessed according to their Individual Education Plan.
