When will the 2nd-week examination of the Online Contest "Vietnam People's Army - 80 Years of Building, Fighting, and Development" end?
Under Plan 541-KH/BTGTW of 2024 issued by the Central Department of Propaganda and Education regarding the organization of the online contest “Vietnam People's Army - 80 Years of Building, Fighting, and Development” on baocaovien.vn.
The organization of the online contest “Vietnam People's Army - 80 Years of Building, Fighting, and Development” is to honor the heroic historical journey of the Vietnamese military forces. The contest is divided into three weekly examinations, from November 22, 2024, to December 13, 2024.
The 2nd-week examination is held from November 29, 2024 and ends on December 5, 2024, according to Vietnam Time Zone (GMT+7). This is the middle phase, carrying significant meaning in continuing to spread the spirit of pride in the tradition of the Vietnam People's Army. During this examination, participants were continuously challenged with diverse questions, focused on historical milestones, the role of the army in revolutionary wars, and its contributions to peace and nation-building.
The end of the 2nd-week examination on December 5, 2024 marks the completion of a vibrant competitive phase while allowing the organizers to prepare for the final-week examination, scheduled to take place from December 6, 2024, to December 12, 2024. Participants are encouraged to complete the contest on time and use the results of the 2nd-week examination as a foundation for subsequent challenges.
Therefore, the 2nd-week examination will end on December 5, 2024.

1. To promulgate provisions on professional operations, standards and professional rules involving legal popularization and education.
2. To urge and examine other ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government- attached agencies and People’s Committees at all levels in organizing the Legal Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
3. To coordinate with other ministries, sectors, localities and relevant organizations in implementing the policy on socialization of legal popularization and education activities.
4. To promulgate a set of criteria for assessing the efficiency of legal popularization and education activities.
5. To sum up, make statistics of and report on legal popularization and education activities nationwide to the Government.
6. To conduct preliminary and final reviews, and commend collectives and individuals that record outstanding achievements in organizing and performing the Legal Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and socializing legal popularization and education activities.

According to the provisions in Article 23 of the Law on Legal Dissemination and Education 2012, the content of legal education in educational institutions of Vietnam's national education system includes:
1. The content of legal education in educational institutions of national education system is formulated to be suitable with each learning level and training level, educational objective, trained disciplines, to ensure the uniformity, synchronisation, commonish, basic, practical and systematic.
2. The content of legal education for each learning level and training level of national education system is stipulates as follows:
- The content of legal education in preschool education and primary education program is integrated through the content of moral education, forming habits suitable to ethical standards of the society, consciousness of discipline, solidarity spirit, and self-conscious spirit in order to contribute to form legal consciousness.
- The content of legal education in program on lower secondary education, upper secondary education includes equipping of fundamental knowledge on rights and obligations of citizens, exercising habits, consciousness of respecting and obeying law;
- The content of legal education in program on Professional education, Undergraduate education includes equiping basic knowledge on State and Law, legal knowledge relating to trained disciplines.
