2. Responsibilities of secondary schools, high schools.

a) Implementing the directions and guidance of the Department of Education and Training (for high schools) and the Education and Training Office (for secondary schools) regarding admissions;

b) Admitting disabled students who wish to enroll;

c) Ensuring the implementation of the universal education task in the assigned locality;

d) Receiving complaints, resolving complaints according to competence or recommending competent authorities to resolve;

e) Safeguarding admission records according to legal regulations;

f) Performing statistics and reporting to the direct educational management authority.

Thus, according to the above regulations, secondary schools are responsible for admitting disabled students who wish to enroll at the school during the 6th-grade admission period.
