1. The online learning management system includes the following functions:

b) Allowing learners to access online learning content as registered and to learn independently, self-assess, and grasp their learning progress and results;

c) Allowing the presiding training unit to manage scores, learning progress, learning results of learners, and the activities of teachers in the online environment;

d) Providing forums and other support tools so learners can discuss with teachers or class organizers about issues related to online learning;

e) Managing other information requests of the presiding training unit.

2. The presiding training unit can integrate the learning management system with the content management system to suit the deployment content.

3. The online learning management system must comply with regulations on the management, provision, and use of information on the network and requirements for ensuring safety and information security on the network as per current regulations.

4. The presiding training unit can opt to invest newly or hire services for using the online learning management system based on ensuring investment efficiency and the regulations in clauses 1 and 3 of this Article.
