4. Standards of professional competence
a) Fully grasp the guidelines, policies, laws of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, and the requirements of the education sector and local governments on primary education, and effectively implement the assigned duties;
b) Effectively execute education plans and programs; proactively and flexibly adjust teaching and education plans to suit the actual conditions of the school and locality;
c) Be capable of applying and guiding colleagues to apply and promptly update innovative educational knowledge and child psychology into actual educational practices; independently and responsibly implement professional duties (educational content, methods, and student assessment) and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the education for students under their charge;
d) Actively and proactively cooperate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance the educational effectiveness for students;
