Instructions for filling in the newest information template
Box No.1: Enter the name of the Chapter or Topic or Lesson that the student has completed before transferring schools;
Box No.2: Enter the No.of periods of the Chapter or Topic or Lesson that the student has completed before transferring schools;
Box No.3: Must be filled for students in Grades 3, 4, and 5, not required for students in Grades 1 and 2;
Box No.4: Must be filled for students in Grades 1, 2, and 3, not required for students in Grades 4 and 5;
Boxes No. 5, 6, and 7: Must be filled for students in Grades 4 and 5, not required for students in Grades 1, 2, and 3;
Boxes No. 8, and 9: Not required if not studied.
Does the principal of a primary school in Vietnam have to organize the curriculum implementation?
Under Article 11 of the Primary School Regulations issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, the duties and powers of the principal of the primary school in Vietnam are specified as follows:

1. Principal
a) The principal of the primary school is responsible for managing, operating activities, and ensuring the educational quality of the school.
b) The person appointed as the principal for public schools or recognized as the principal for private schools must meet the standards stipulated in the Standards for Principals of General Education Institutions and meet the requirements: must meet the training standards of an educator as prescribed by the Education Law for primary education; must have taught for at least 5 years (or 4 years for mountainous, island, highland, remote, and ethnic minority areas or areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions) at primary level.
c) The term of the principal of the primary school is 5 years. After each academic year, the principal is evaluated by public employees and workers in the school and by the competent authority according to regulations. The principal of a public primary school shall not serve more than two consecutive terms at one school.
d) Duties and powers of the principal

Manage, receive students, allow students to transfer schools; decide on student discipline, commendation; approve student assessment results, lists of students moving up a Grade or staying back; organize exams to recognize primary education completion for students in the school and other individuals within the school's jurisdiction.
Organize the implementation of the primary education curriculum according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; textbooks, local education content as decided by the Provincial People's Committee. Manage, use and select reference publications for use in the school according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Participate in professional group activities; self-study, self-train to improve professional and managerial competence. Attend training courses in politics, professional management; participate in teaching according to the teaching load regulation for principals.
Manage administration; manage and autonomously use the financial resources and assets of the school according to regulations.
Organize the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; implement the socialization of education, coordinate and mobilize social forces to participate in educational activities, and promote the role of the school in the community.
Develop a safe, healthy, and friendly school environment, prevent and combat school violence according to legal regulations.
Be entitled to policies on allowances for educators and preferential policies according to regulations.
