What is the detailed schedule for online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs from July 31, 2024 in Vietnam?
On July 22, 2024, the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch 3712/BGDDT-CNTT in 2024 regarding the implementation of online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in 2024 2024.
To ensure safety and convenience, and to avoid overload during online fee payment by candidates, the Ministry of Education and Training announces the schedule for candidates to make online payments through the Admission Registration Support System according to provinces and municipalities (where candidates have submitted their applications).
The detailed schedule for online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs from July 31, 2024 is as follows:

What are the common notes for candidates upon online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in Vietnam?
Under Section 1 Recommendations and Notices to Candidates upon online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in 2024 issued with Official Dispatch 3712/BGDDT-CNTT in 2024, the following common notes for candidates upon online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in Vietnam:
- The 2024 Admission Registration System (hereafter referred to as the Admission System) allows candidates to choose from 17 different payment channels (provided on the National Public Service Portal) to pay the application fees, including:
(1) Banking channels: Vietcombank; Vietinbank; Agribank; BIDV; SHB; VPBank; TPBank.
(2) Payment intermediaries: Other banks via VNPT Money; Ngan Luong; KeyPay; Payoo; Napas, HPay (each of these intermediaries includes most banks operating in Vietnam).
(3) E-wallets: VNPT Money; Momo; Viettel Money.
(4) Mobile payment channels: VNPT Mobile Money.
The instructional materials (including illustrative video clips at https://bit.ly/hdttnv2024) for each payment channel are available on the Admission System. Candidates are advised to carefully read the instructional materials and prepare the necessary conditions before proceeding.
- All candidates who have registered their application preferences on the Admission System must pay the application fee.
- Candidates can pay by themselves using their bank account/e-wallet account (if available) or request a relative or teacher to pay on their behalf on the candidate’s payment interface.
- Candidates should only pay on the Admission System and not through any other payment channel (if additional payment channels are introduced, the Ministry of Education and Training will announce on the Admission System and through public media).
- If the “Pay” button is not visible on the application preference registration interface, it means that it is not within the payment period, or the button is temporarily hidden to prevent system congestion.
- The online payment process involves connecting multiple systems, and candidates may encounter system congestion.
In such cases, candidates should wait about 30 minutes before trying to access again.
What are the recommendations for candidates upon online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in Vietnam?
Under Section 2 Recommendations and Notices to Candidates upon online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in 2024 issued with Official Dispatch 3712/BGDDT-CNTT in 2024, the following recommendations are provided for candidates upon online payment of fees for admission to full-time undergraduate programs:
- Candidates should use a personal computer, tablet, or smartphone for easier payment transactions. They should use a device with a sufficiently large screen (full HD resolution 1920x1080) for convenience.
- It is recommended to use the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox browser for the best experience.
- At one time, candidates should only log in to the Admission System on one device and not use the account to log into the Admission System on multiple devices simultaneously.
- For fast, neat, and accurate payment transactions, candidates should use payment channels that support fast payment via QR code like Momo, Ngan Luong, Payoo, VNPT Money Wallet, Napas, etc.
