- The necessity of coordination between school, family, and society in implementing moral and lifestyle education for students in general education institutions.
- School rules and cultural behavior codes; regulations on receiving information from related parties about the ethics and lifestyles of students in general education institutions.
- Some skills to enhance effective coordination between school, family, and society in educational activities for students in general education institutions.
(3) Required outcomes
- Present the sector's regulations on coordination between school, family, and society in moral and lifestyle education for students in general education institutions;
- Apply regulations, cultural behavior codes, and skills to promptly address feedback information and implement coordination plans between school, family, and society in moral and lifestyle education for students in general education institutions;
- Support colleagues in effectively implementing the coordination plan between school, family, and society in moral and lifestyle education for students in general education institutions.
(4) Implementation Time
20 lessons (8 theoretical lessons, 12 practical lessons)

The regular retraining program for teachers in general education institutions is applicable to teachers currently teaching in primary schools, lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, schools with multiple educational levels, specialized schools, boarding and semi-boarding ethnic secondary schools (hereinafter referred to as general education institutions).

Content of the retraining program
The regular retraining program for teachers in general education institutions includes retraining according to job position requirements; mandatory annual retraining in professional knowledge and skills, including:
1. Update retraining programs in professional knowledge and skills to meet the annual school-year task requirements for all educational levels of general education (called retraining program 01): The Ministry of Education and retraining specifies the annual retraining content on guidelines, policies for the development of general education, general education programs, subjects, and educational activities within the general education program.

The retraining program for professional competence development according to job position requirements (called retraining program 03): teachers in general education institutions can freely choose retraining modules to develop professional qualities and competence to meet job position requirements. The number of selected modules should ensure compliance with the retraining duration stipulated in Clause 2, Section IV of this program. The retraining modules:

- The relationship between school, family, and society aims to:
Ensure consensus in implementing educational activities;
Help to diversify and maximize resources to build open educational institutions, ensuring the best educational environment for each student;
Coordinate education between school, family, and society to ensure democracy, equality, cooperation, transparency, and accountability;
- The school proactively propagates and informs students' families about the school's annual educational guidelines, orientations, plans, and activities; exchanges information on students' retraining and learning and agrees on educational measures; encourages families to bring drop-out students back to class;
At the same time, the school creates conditions for parents or guardians to come to class, understand, and support students' retraining and learning; mobilizes and facilitates the participation of students' families in building the school in accordance with the law and effectively using contributed resources.
- The school participates in disseminating educational policies of the Communist Party, State, and sector in the local community; regularly updates social and community situations; builds the school as a cultural and educational center for the locality; organizes for teachers and students to participate in activities to explore local history, culture, and other social activities;
Additionally, the school advises and proposes to local authorities to create conditions for the school's scale development, ensure facilities, and effectively implement educational activities; accepts social contributions according to conformity.
