The minimum admission score for full-time undergraduate programs in 2024 at National Economics University is 22 points; this score includes the high school graduation exam scores of 2024 based on the admission combination, priority points for entities, regions, and priority admission for majors with a combination of subjects calculated with a coefficient of 1.
For majors with a combination of Math or English calculated with a coefficient of 2, and other subjects calculated with a coefficient of 1, the score is converted to a 30-point scale using the formula:
(Score of subject 1 + Score of subject 2 + Math/English score * 2) * 3/4 + priority points.

In Vietnam, when is the time to register, adjust, and supplement aspirations used for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in 2024?
Under sub-item 7 of Section 1 of Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH of 2024 guiding enrollment for full-time undergraduate and college programs for Early Childhood Education:
Registration and processing of aspirations:
a) From July 18 to 5:00 PM, July 30, 2024, candidates register, adjust, and supplement their aspirations used for admission without any limit on the number of times:
- Candidates use the provided account to process information (enter, view, edit) their information on the System;
- Registration for the aspirations for majors/programs must be done online on the System or on the National Public Service Portal (Detailed instructions will be posted on the System or National Public Service Portal);
- Candidates' aspirations are registered for all training institutions by the major/program and are listed in order from 1 to the end (aspiration 1 is the highest aspiration), and candidates must provide the data (according to the criteria, conditions, and registration process specified in the Enrollment Scheme of the training institutions) corresponding to the major/program that the candidate has registered for the training institutions to use for admission (Detailed registration steps are posted on the System when candidates access it for registration);
- All of a candidate's aspirations for admission into training institutions are processed on the System and each candidate is admitted to only one highest aspiration among the registered aspirations when they meet the matriculation conditions;
- Candidates who have completed enrollmernt registration under the early admission plan of the training institutions, if they meet the matriculation conditions (excluding the condition of high school graduation), must continue to register their aspirations on the System to be considered for admission according to the regulations.
Thus, the time to register, adjust, and supplement aspirations used for admission to full-time undergraduate programs is from July 18 to 5:00 PM, July 30, 2024.

Candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of registered aspirations using the online method as instructed by the Ministry of Education and Training;
c) Candidates who are eligible for region-based priority policies or priority policies for entities must cooperate with receiving sites to review information according to Annex VI and the relevant target priority of the candidates (if any);
Candidates need to carefully read the guiding documents and follow the correct, complete registration process for admission; if candidates are unclear about any content regarding fee payment or registration, they can contact officials at receiving sites or officials of the training institutions through support call centers in charge of admissions for instructions.

+ Regarding information provision: Every interested candidate will be provided with full, clear, reliable, and consistent information promptly, enabling them to make appropriate decisions and best prepare for the admissions process;
+ Regarding opportunities to apply: No candidate will lose the opportunity to apply due to regulations not related to their qualifications or abilities (except for specific regulations by the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense concerning defense and security fields); or due to cumbersome and costly application processes;
+ Regarding capability assessment: Candidates must be evaluated objectively, fairly, and reliably concerning their study potential and prospects for success, meeting the requirements of the training programs and disciplines;
+ Regarding admission chances: Candidates must be granted the highest opportunity to gain admission and the right to determine their preferred training programs and disciplines among those they qualify for;
+ Regarding commitment fulfillment: Educational institutions must fulfill their commitments to candidates, providing advice, support, and addressing complaints, safeguarding the legitimate rights of candidates in risky situations.

+ Regarding information transparency: Educational institutions are responsible for publicly announcing full, clear, and prompt admission information through suitable media for public and regulatory oversight;
+ Regarding accountability: Educational institutions are obliged to report upon request by regulatory agencies and explain issues of great concern to the public in a suitable manner.
