The minimum admission score for the Hanoi University of Languages and International Studies – VNU in 2024 for the following majors: English Language, French Language, Chinese Language; English Education, Chinese Language Education, German Language Education, Japanese Language Education is 21 points, with a minimum score of each subject/test paper in the combination not less than 1.0 point.

Under Subsection 7 of Section 1 in Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH 2024 guiding enrollment for full-time undergraduate and college programs for Early Childhood Education:
Registration and processing of aspirations:
a) From July 18 to 5:00 PM, July 30, 2024, candidates register, adjust, and supplement their aspirations used for admission without any limit on the number of times:
- Candidates use the provided account to process information (enter, view, edit) their information on the System;
- Registration for the aspirations for majors/programs must be done online on the System or on the National Public Service Portal (Detailed instructions will be posted on the System or National Public Service Portal);
- Candidates' aspirations are registered for all training institutions by the major/program and are listed in order from 1 to the end (aspiration 1 is the highest aspiration), and candidates must provide the data (according to the criteria, conditions, and registration process specified in the Enrollment Scheme of the training institutions) corresponding to the major/program that the candidate has registered for the training institutions to use for admission (Detailed registration steps are posted on the System when candidates access it for registration);
- All of a candidate's aspirations for admission into training institutions are processed on the System and each candidate is admitted to only one highest aspiration among the registered aspirations when they meet the matriculation conditions;
- Candidates who have completed enrollmernt registration under the early admission plan of the training institutions, if they meet the matriculation conditions (excluding the condition of high school graduation), must continue to register their aspirations on the System to be considered for admission according to the regulations.
Under the above regulations, candidates can adjust their aspirations used for admission to full-time undergraduate programs from July 18 to 17:00 on July 30, 2024.

In Vietnam, when is the time for confirmation of school admission for successful candidates in 2024?
According to Subsection 8 of Section 1 in Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH 2024, the timeline for confirming school admission for successful candidates in 2024 is as follows:
- For candidates admitted under direct admission policies, from July 22, 2024, to 17:00 on July 31, 2024, candidates can confirm school admission on the common admission support system (those who have confirmed admission cannot continue registering for aspirations unless permitted by the head of the training institution for non-school admission).
In case direct admission is confirmed, candidates can continue to register aspirations on the common admission support system or the national public service portal like other candidates to be considered by the training institutions. If selected, candidates will confirm school admission according to the general schedule;
- No later than 17:00 on August 27, 2024, all admitted candidates must complete online admission confirmation for the first phase on the System.

- Information on the training institution, courses, and programs, including details of course opening decisions, teaching languages, faculty, study and research conditions, graduation certificate, quality accreditation results, graduate student ratios (over total admissions), and the ratios of graduates who find jobs suitable to their professional level.
- Complete information about training costs, tuition fees, admission service fees, and other service fees for the entire course and each academic year; scholarship policies, tuition fee waivers, financial support, dormitory accommodation, and other preferential support policies for learners;
- Admission plans and recruitment scope for different phases throughout the year (the first phase must align with the general plan issued by the Ministry of Education and Training), including provisions on candidates and admission conditions, admission methods, admission combination and quotas for courses/programs; procedures for registering for admission and other necessary information for candidates;
- Risk handling plans when implementing admissions and the commitments and responsibilities of the training institution.
