The minimum admission scores of Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking in 2024 in 2024 for all disciplines/programs is 18 points (on a 30-point scale), including the priority points as per the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (for the English language program, special and standard full-time programs, the English subject score will be multiplied by a factor of 2 and converted to a 30-point scale).

- Region III (KV3) has no priority points.

According to Article 7 of Regulations issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, students in provincial cities will get 0.25 priority points in admission to full-time undergraduate programs at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking in 2024 (except for provincial cities in Region I).

+ Regarding capability assessment: Candidates must be evaluated objectively, fairly, and reliably concerning their study potential and prospects for success, meeting the requirements of the training programs and disciplines;
+ Regarding admission chances: Candidates must be granted the highest opportunity to gain admission and the right to determine their preferred training programs and disciplines among those they qualify for;
+ Regarding commitment fulfillment: Educational institutions must fulfill their commitments to candidates, providing advice, support, and addressing complaints, safeguarding the legitimate rights of candidates in risky situations.
