According to Article 11 of the Regulation on Enrollment for full-time Undergraduate and College programs in Early Childhood Education issued by Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, the scheme on enrollment for full-time undergraduate programs in Vietnam must include the following information:

- The educational institution must build, publicly announce, and implement the enrollment scheme to fulfill the accountability and commitments to applicants, state management agencies, and society. The enrollment scheme must contain comprehensive information as the basis for:

+ Applicants to choose the institution, major, training program, and admission method suitable to their capacity, interests, and personal conditions; prepare the conditions to participate in the recruitment process and perform the steps according to the institution's admission plan;

+ State management agencies and society to supervise compliance with laws and commitments to learners of the institution in the admission and training work.

- The main contents of the enrollment scheme include:

+ Information introducing the educational institution, its majors, and training programs, including the decision to open majors, training languages, faculty members, study and research conditions, graduation diplomas, quality accreditation results, the graduation rate (over total enrollment) and the employment rate consistent with the professional level of graduates;

+ Full information on training costs, tuition fees, admission service fees, and other service fees for the entire course duration, each academic year; policies on scholarships, tuition fee exemptions and reductions, financial support, dormitory accommodation, and other preferential policies and support for learners;

+ The admission plans and scope of enrollment for each phase in the year (where the first phase of university and regular college enrollment must align with the general plan issued by the Ministry of Education and Training), including regulations on the candidates and admission conditions, admission methods, combination of subjects and admission quotas for majors, training programs; the procedures for registration and other necessary information for applicants;

+ Risk handling solutions during the admission process and the commitments of the educational institution.

- The educational institution must announce the enrollment, accompanied by the publication of the enrollment scheme on its website and through other appropriate channels at least 30 days before opening registration for the first enrollment phase; in the case of adjustments or supplements (if any), these must be announced at least 15 days in advance.

May candidates who have received matriculation notices in Vietnam reserve results?

According to Article 10 of the Regulation on Enrollment for full-time Undergraduate and College programs in Early Childhood Education issued by Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, the provisions on reserving matriculation results are as follows:

 Reserving matriculation results

1. Candidates who have received an matriculation notice can reserve their matriculation results in the following cases:

a) Joining military service or youth volunteer services immediately in the year of admission as per decision or order of the competent authority;

b) Suffering from serious illness or severe accidents preventing timely school admission, with medical records and certification from the competent medical authority.

2. Candidates falling into the cases specified in clause 1 must send a reserveral request along with evidence to the training institution for school admission. The maximum reserveral period is determined by the training institution, but not less than 3 years for those specified in point a clause 1 of this Article.

3. As soon as the conditions for returning to study are met, those with reservered matriculation results must carry out the school admission procedures as stipulated by the training institution, including providing evidence of completing tasks or recovery from treatment. For cases specified in clause 1 of this Article with a reserveral period of from 3 years and above, the training institution may consider introducing the candidate to attend preparatory courses before official studies. 

Thus, candidates who have received matriculation notices from Thai Nguyen Parent University in 2024 and fall under any of the above cases can proceed to reserve their results.
