1. Criteria for selecting key general education teachers:
a) Be a general education teacher with at least 05 years of direct teaching experience at the same educational level up to the selection time;
b) Be rated at least as good according to the Professional Standards for teachers, in which the criteria in Article 5 of these Regulations must be rated as Good;
c) Be capable of designing and conducting model lessons, organizing discussions, workshops, training on teaching methods, techniques, education, innovation content related to professional activities, and training colleagues within the school or local schools;
d) Be capable of using foreign languages, applying information technology, utilizing technological equipment in teaching and education, developing digital learning materials, and training teachers;
e) Aspire to become a key general education teacher
In cases where the number of teachers meeting the criteria stipulated in points a, b, c, d, and e Clause 1 of this Article at a general education institution exceeds the required number by the supervisory authority, priority shall be given to selecting key general education teachers based on the following criteria: having higher education level; being rated as Good in assessmen of the professional standards for teachers; being recognized as provincial excellent teachers or having outstanding achievements in teaching and education; possessing recognized and widely-used scientific research products, innovative solutions in teaching and education within the school, or locality.
