Online Teaching and Learning Activities

1. Online teaching and learning activities follow the lessons or themes in the general education program, ensuring interaction between teachers and students during the learning process.

Online learning students perform the following main activities: attend online classes organized by the teacher; participate in learning activities and assessments as required by the teacher; utilize learning materials from online resources; ask questions and interact with the teacher and other students.

3. Online teachers perform the following main activities: organize online classes for lectures and guide student learning; assign learning tasks and assess students' learning outcomes; track and support students in utilizing online teaching materials; provide guidance, support, answering questions, and resolving students' inquiries.

4. The head of the educational institution decides the form of online teaching to support direct teaching at the educational institution; organize online teaching to replace direct teaching at the educational institution when students cannot attend school for unavoidable reasons.

In online learning, students perform the following main activities:

- Attend online classes organized by the teacher;

- Participate in learning activities and assessments as required by the teacher;

- Utilize learning materials from online teaching resources;

Based on Article 7 of Circular 09/2021/TT-BGDDT, the regulations on online teaching educational resources in Vietnam are as follows:

- Online teaching materials are developed according to the general education program, including: multimedia lectures; experiment and practice guides; simulation software; a system of questions, practice exercises, and assessments; reference and supplementary materials as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Online teaching materials must be appropriate to the lesson content, learning themes, and teaching activities of both teachers and students; ensure scientific accuracy, pedagogical integrity, and alignment with the traditions, history, culture, ethics, and customs of the nation.
