Thus, according to the above regulations, the competent educational authority in the locality will organize the enrollment to Grade 6 and Grade 10 once per year.

2. Responsibilities of lower secondary schools and upper secondary schools.
a) Comply with the directives, guidelines of the Department of Education and Training (for upper secondary schools) and the Disivion of Education and Training (for lower secondary schools) on enrollment work;
b) Admit students with disabilities who wish to enroll;
c) Ensure the implementation of the mission to universalize education in the assigned area;
d) Accept complaints, resolve complaints within their authority, or propose to the competent authority for resolution;
e) Store admission records per legal regulations;
f) Perform statistics and report to the direct educational management agency.
Thus, according to the above regulations, guiding and inspecting the enrollment work of lower secondary schools is one of the responsibilities of the Division of Education and Training.
