- There must be at least 10 tenured accreditors working under an employment contract or at least a 12-month employment contract with the accreditation organization and having experience in engaging in education accreditation for 05 years or more.
Thus, an education accreditation organization must have at least 10 tenured accreditors.

What does the application for providing education accreditation services in Vietnam include?
Under Article 109 of Decree 125/2024/ND-CP, the application for providing education accreditation services in Vietnam includes:
- An application form for providing education accreditation services;
- A copy of the legal document proving the rights to use the land, ownership of the building, or rental contract for premises of the education accreditation organization for a minimum term of 02 years;
- A detailed account of the working area and equipment of the education accreditation organization;
- A legal document confirming the funds under the management of the education accreditation organization; a financial resource investment plan to maintain the operations of the accreditation organization, including projected costs for building or renting headquarters, facilities, purchasing equipment, salaries paid to management team, salaries paid to accreditor and staff, and other costs to sustain the operations of the education accreditation organization for at least 02 years from the authorized start of operations;
- A copy of the establishment decision or authorization to establish the education accreditation organization; a list of accreditors accompanied by resumes, evidence of experience in participating in education accreditation for 05 years, a copy of current accreditor cards, and accreditor degrees;
A recruitment decision, a full-time employment contract, or a working contract signed between the education accreditation organization and the accreditor.

Under Clause 1, Article 111 of Decree 125/2024/ND-CP regulating the dissolution of education accreditation organizations in Vietnam:

1. An education accreditation organization is dissolved when it falls into one of the following cases:
a) It commits a serious violation of regulations on management, organization, and operation of the education accreditation organization as concluded by the competent authority;
b) After 06 months from the date of establishment or authorization for establishment, it does not complete the procedures for providing education accreditation services or does not meet the eligibility for education accreditation;
c) The suspension period for education accreditation has expired without addressing the causes leading to the suspension;
d) The authorized period for education accreditation has expired without requesting an extension or without being granted an extension;
e) Upon request of the organization or individual founding the education accreditation organization.
Thus, an education accreditation organization is dissolved when it falls into one of the following cases:
