- Academic Affairs Work:

+ Develop and implement the school's annual academic affairs plan; report periodically and regularly as required.

+ Manage and monitor the school's student-related documentation system and records.

+ Cooperate in student enrollment tasks and assigned tasks related to student examinations and assessments.

+ Collaborate with teachers and staff in the school to manage and monitor students daily; summarize students' academic and behavioral results.

+ Complete training programs; self-study and self-train to improve professional skills.

- Other Tasks:

As assigned by the principal.

How is the salary administrative staff currently classified?

According to Article 6 of Circular 22/2022/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, the regulations are as follows:

Salary arrangements

1. Public employees appointed to the professional title of academic affairs (Code V.07.07.21) as stipulated in this Circular are placed on the A0 salary scale in Table 3 (salary table for professionals and public employees in state public service providers) issued with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of the Government of Vietnam concerning salary policies for officials, public employees, and the armed forces (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP).

2. The salary transfer for those recruited or appointed to the academic affairs position from other specialized fields is carried out as follows:

a) If currently placed on the A0 salary scale according to Table 2 (salary table for professionals in state agencies) or Table 3 (salary table for professionals and public employees in state public service providers) issued with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP, they will be placed on the A0 salary scale;

b) If currently placed on a salary scale of A1 or higher, or B, they will be reclassified according to Clause 1, Section II of Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV dated May 25, 2007, by the Minister of Home Affairs on guidelines for salary classification when promoting, transferring, and classifying officials and public employees.

According to the above regulations, the academic affairs position (Code: V.07.07.21) is applied the A0 salary scale from 2.1 to 4.89.

Note: The salary transfer for those recruited or appointed to the academic affairs position from other specialized fields is carried out as follows:

- If currently placed on the A0 salary scale according to Table 2 (salary table for professionals in state agencies) or Table 3 (salary table for professionals and public employees in state public service providers) issued with Decree 204/2004/ND-CP, they will be placed on the A0 salary scale;

- If currently placed on a salary scale of A1 or higher, or B, they will be reclassified according to Subsection 1, Section 2 of Circular 02/2007/TT-BNV, by the Minister of Home Affairs on guidelines for salary classification when promoting, transferring, and classifying officials and public employees.
