According to Directive 1537/CT-BGDDT of 2014, the Minister of Education and Training requires as follows:

3. Establish and implement a code of cultural conduct in schools, specifying appropriate and friendly relationships and interactions among staff, educators, and students.

Create favorable conditions in all aspects to maintain and ensure the effectiveness of collective extracurricular activities with community-social characteristics so that students can have practical experience activities, contributing to the education of character, life skills, and healthy aesthetic orientation for students.

6. Regarding the protection and preservation of assets

a) Protect and preserve the assets of the reformatory school, collective, individual, and others;

b) Upon the expiration of the decision period at the reformatory school, students must hand over to the school the tools and assets they were assigned to manage;

c) If causing damage to the assets of the reformatory school or others, students will be handled according to the level of damage in accordance with the law.
