What is the grade at which showing gratitude to teachers in Vietnam is taught?

Under Section 5 of the Appendix on the General Education Program for Experiential and career-orientation activities issued with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT,  showing gratitude to teachers is taught in the 2nd-grade experiential activities program as follows:

Required Outcomes

ACTIVITIES FOCUSED ON SELF

- Recognize one's friendly, always cheerful image.

- Demonstrate one's dexterity and carefulness through self-made products.

- Know how to neatly and tidily arrange personal items.

- Perform age-appropriate self-service tasks.

- Recognize situations with risks of getting lost or kidnapped and perform tasks to avoid such situations.

- Recognize currency used in trading goods.

ACTIVITIES FOCUSED ON SOCIETY

- Perform actions that show care and gratitude towards family members appropriately for their age.

- Discuss with relatives about some common family activities.

- Recognize actions to show friendship and know how to say suitable things when interacting with friends.

- Know how to seek support from teachers and friends when unable to solve problems in relationships on their own.

- Know how to show gratitude to teachers.

- Participate in activities to maintain the school's landscape.

- Engage in educational activities of the Sao Nhi Dong, Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team, and the school.

In the 2nd-grade experiential activities program, students will learn about how to seek support from teachers and friends when unable to solve problems in relationships on their own, know how to show gratitude to teachers, and participate in activities to maintain the school's landscape.
