What is the deadline for collecting primary school tuition fees in Hanoi?
Pursuant to Article 3 of Resolution 02/2024/NQ-HDND:
Regulation on applying the tuition fee collection mode for face-to-face and online learning in cases of natural disasters, epidemics, and force majeure events
1. For months with a full month of face-to-face learning or online learning: Apply the tuition fee collection rate of that month according to the specified rate corresponding to the learning mode and region of the grade level.
2. For months that simultaneously apply both direct and online learning modes: Based on the student's learning time at the unit to apply the tuition fee collection rate of that month. In cases where the online learning mode is applied for 14 days or more, the online learning tuition fee rate is applied (including legally specified days off) and the corresponding tuition fee rate is applied according to the grade level and region.
3. The total duration for collecting tuition fees (for both direct and online learning modes) must ensure that the total collection period does not exceed 9 months/year.

In cases where children enter first grade exceeding the specified age by more than 03 years, it will be decided by the head of the Division of Education and Training.
