Class organization, class structure, grade, school points

1. Students are divided into classes. Each class has no more than 35 students, managed by one homeroom teacher. Each inclusive class has no more than 02 disabled students; in special cases, the principal may arrange more disabled students based on actual conditions to ensure those with learning needs and capabilities are able to attend school.

In mountainous, remote, distant, and particularly difficult areas, combination classes may be organized. The number of students and groups per combination class must suit the teacher's capacity and actual school conditions. A combination class has no more than 02 groups; in special circumstances decided by competent authorities, it can have up to 03 groups. A combination class has no more than 15 students.
