- In the case of students currently attending a private upper secondary school having to relocate their residence along with a parent or guardian to a particularly disadvantaged area where there is no private upper secondary school, the Director of the Department of Education and Training of the province where the receiving school is located will review and decide on individual cases regarding the transfer to a public upper secondary school.

- In the case of students attending a private upper secondary school with entrance exams having to relocate their residence along with a parent or guardian to a location without a private upper secondary school of equivalent quality, the Director of the Department of Education and Training of the province where the receiving school is located will review and decide on individual cases regarding the transfer to a public upper secondary school.
