Sample 1

I would like to talk about the art performance I enjoyed most. It was a large circus show. The stage was beautifully decorated. That Saturday evening, I went to see it with my family. The program began at 7:30 PM. The first act was performed by a very cute monkey. It carried water across a small bridge about 20 cm high. The second act featured a cat walking on its hind legs. It walked so skillfully that it didn’t fall even once. The third act was three dogs doing math with each other. One had a cute bow on its head. It was very good at math. Next was a big and plump bear. Its fur was thick, black, and shiny. It jumped through a hoop of fire very quickly. The following act was an aerialist who performed very flexibly in the air. My favorite act was the second one because I love cats. I really enjoy watching the circus and I wish to see it again in the future.

This past summer, my village organized a cultural program to celebrate International Children's Day. At exactly 7:30 PM, the village cultural house was very crowded. Everyone, young and old, was eagerly waiting for the program to begin. The opening act was a lively modern dance performed by the youth members. Following that were duet songs by Hai Tu and Bao Tram. Finally, there was a comedic skit performed by the neighborhood Dong’s adults. Each time an act concluded, the applause was hearty. At the end of the program, every child received a gift. We all felt joyful and content.

This morning, my school organized a spring art performance for 2022. There were many great performances, but the one that impressed me the most was the chorus "Our Homeland's Tet" by the 5C class seniors. The stage was decked out in vibrant spring colors, with red curtains and bright apricot and peach blossoms. The seniors wore colorful modern Ao Dai, arranged in two groups on either side of the stage. In the middle, the dance ensemble wore traditional dresses, holding colorful flower branches. Just looking made me feel happy. When the lively music started, the seniors began to sway, and we joined in, enthusiastically moving along. The lyrics were so familiar, so we hummed along with the seniors on stage. The best part was the backup dancers, who not only moved to the music but also formed beautiful formations. At the end of the act, everyone on stage formed the letter S, with New Year’s wishes on either side. Both beautiful and meaningful. For me, it was the best performance of the morning.
Sample 4

Last night, my sister and I went to see a puppet show at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. The puppet show we watched was very spectacular and captivating. That’s why many people spent hours queuing for tickets. Finally, after a long wait, I got the ticket in hand. By 7 PM, I was at the museum entrance and followed the staff’s guidance. The puppets were skillfully controlled, accompanied by perfectly synchronized sounds by the artists, making the performance truly enticing. At the end, everyone applauded the talent of the puppet artists. Watching water puppetry left a deep impression in my memory.
