What are the principles of organization and operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union?

According to Article 5 of the Charter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union 2022, the principles of organization and operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union are specified as follows:

- Leadership entities at all levels of the Union are elected based on collective leadership and individual responsibility.

- The highest leadership authority of the Union is the National Congress of delegates. At each level, the Union's leadership is the Congress of delegates or union members at that level.
