Sample No. 1

Is there anyone who succeeds without their own dreams or ambitions? Absolutely not! Why is that? Because if there are no dreams or aspirations, what is the goal for us to achieve—the goal, which is the destination of dreams or perhaps even further? Dreams not only make our lives more interesting but also more meaningful because we know we live to fulfill our dreams. Everyone has their own dream, but they must know to dream of realistic things, not fantasies or myths; as a desire, we must achieve it instead of just wishing "try once to do our best to not regret until the end!"—that is what I've read. To achieve that dream, we also need to cultivate knowledge, learn from everyone around us, and not be lazy or idle, sitting there "waiting for the fruit to fall."

Sample No. 2

Each of us, from the moment we are born and grow up, has our dreams. When we were young, we had simple and modest dreams like hoping our parents would gift us a beautiful dress or be like our friends. As we grow older, we think of grander dreams, higher aspirations, which become the goal for us to strive for every day to achieve the dreams we set for ourselves. So what is a dream? There are many perspectives about dreams; some believe that dreams are plans, goals that humans set and wish to accomplish within a certain period. They add motivation, illuminate new directions for us on the path of realization. However, some people think dreams are desires, heartfelt wishes for good things in the future. Regardless of the definition, these perspectives share a similar meaning of what humans long for, wish to have in the future, and also serve as the motivation to strive for it. Therefore, those with dreams and aspirations know what they want, need, and use it as motivation to rise. Dreams make our lives more meaningful; they uncover things we never thought of, and we never realized we could do.

Sample No. 3

Every human is born with their own dreams, and so do I; my greatest dream is to become a doctor. In my subconscious, a doctor is an incredibly great person because they are the ones who treat everyone when they are sick. There was a time when I was very ill, coughed a lot, and felt very uncomfortable. My parents took me to the doctor, and after being examined and given medicine, I felt much better and no longer uncomfortable like before; a few days later, I recovered. I admire this profession even more. Another reason I dream of becoming a doctor is that I want to help the poor who cannot afford to go to the hospital. These people are very pitiable because they endure severe illnesses by themselves without money to see a doctor, causing their condition to worsen. I will strive to study hard to become a good doctor. Fulfilling my dream will require overcoming many difficulties, but as long as I have a dream, I will strive to achieve it to the end.
